Please review these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or utilizing the Altabeeb Healthcare platform. This legally binding agreement defines the rights, responsibilities, clinical boundaries, and privacy protections governing online doctor video consultations, diagnostic home lab test bookings, e-prescription issuances, retail pharmacy medicine fulfillment, payment processing, and medical data confidentiality in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines and applicable Indian healthcare regulations.

By accessing, downloading, browsing, or utilizing the Altabeeb Healthcare platform (including our web portal at altabeeb.healthcare, mobile web interfaces, and linked digital patient services), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable central and state laws across the Republic of India.

Telemedicine Practice Guidelines Compliance

These terms incorporate the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) issued by the Board of Governors in supersession of the Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC), the Information Technology Act (2000), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023).

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using our platform. Continued use following published revisions constitutes full legal acceptance of the updated terms.

To create an account and access medical consultations, you must be at least 18 years of age. Minors (individuals under 18 years) may only receive consultations under the active supervision of a verified parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.

When creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

All identity, phone number, and demographic information is accurate and verified.
You will promptly update profile changes (allergies, medical history, address).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and OTPs.
You will notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
You will not create duplicate or fraudulent accounts for malicious or commercial purposes.
Caregivers booking for dependents possess verifiable legal authority to provide consent.
