To deliver accurate clinical consultations, issue valid digital prescriptions, dispatch medicines, and conduct diagnostic lab tests, we collect the following structured categories of data:

Demographic & Identity Data

Full name, date of birth, gender, verified mobile number, email address, and government photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN where required for clinical verification).

Clinical & Health Records

Medical history, pre-existing conditions, consultation video notes, digital prescriptions, diagnostic lab observations, allergies, and vitals.

Transaction & Billing Data

Encrypted transaction reference IDs, GST invoices, pharmacy fulfillment addresses, and automated refund tracking logs.

Technical & Telemetry Data

Device OS identifiers, IP address, encrypted session cookies, browser agent strings, and network latency diagnostics for video calls.

We do not collect sensitive biometrics or background audio/video when consultations are not actively in session.
